This song may be my most personal yet but I am relieved to share a side of me that I often keep to myself and close loved ones. Endings is about the experience of living with Complex PTSD - the horrific hallucinations, flashbacks, and nightmares I deal with everyday and night.

I wrote this song back in this year's lockdown after having months of dreadful symptoms and hadn't touched an instrument or sang, with no musical motivation at all. I wrote the entire song in 5 minutes, initiating a powerful release that I had waited for after 4 long months.

It took me forever to release this track, but I find it most important to use my music to spread awareness and connect with others in both creativity and hardships. I hope you can find the same release and the peace I had in writing this song.
